How NOT to get hold of us


If you have a question which is valuable to others, and you fire it at us over Twitter, we will certainly answer you when possible. However, we will not use Twitter as an Instant Messenger. If you have a question that requires a more involved response or a conversation, Twitter is not the best place to get your answer. Rule of thumb: anything that is likely to be better in an email - email!
