Evgenia (Jenny) Grinblo

Evgenia (Jenny) Grinblo is a User Experience Specialist at London-based mobile agency, Future Workshops.

At work, she focuses on introducing enterprise clients to empathy and design-thinking (and getting better at foosball). In her free time, Jenny is working on Trigger Free - an app to enable survivors of sexual violence to identify psychologically triggering films.

She speaks three languages and can read four alphabets, but can't do maths to save her life.

Creative work is often associated with the skill and craft involved. But much of the skill necessary for UX work is centered on relationships: clients, users, and teammates. In many of those relationships, championing UX often means dealing with conflict.

What does it mean to rely on relationships in an ever-changing industry? What can we do better to include others in our mission to make empathic and successful products?
