Html Motion Design With Adobe Edge
HTML5 and CSS3 are hot, driven by an explosion of new, Internet connected devices. While they offer many new features that should allow you to do the types of things that you previously did in Flash, actually making it happen is really hard. Until now.
Edge is a new app from Adobe that gives you powerful tools to create beautifully animated content using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
Edge is both powerful and easy to use, featuring an advanced timeline editor that is reminiscent of After Effects, but designed for productivity and ease of use.
Edge allows you to open existing HTML documents and enhance them, as well as create new ones from scratch. Edge is currently in Preview and is available free for download from labs.adobe.com/technologies/edge.
In this session, Mark Anders, an Adobe Fellow who leads the Edge Development Team will take you through the features of the latest Edge Preview and not only show you how to use them, but explain the thinking behind them.
This is a rare opportunity to not only learn about Edge from the source, but to give feedback and influence the design of a new tool under development.
